Upasana Academy organized a mass yoga session for its staff and students where they learnt that yoga is more than just sitting in silence – it is like a refreshing mental reboot! It inspired them to create mindful spaces, emphasize self-compassion and cultivate a harmonious relationship with themselves and the world around.
