Rules / Regulations / Conduct / discipline

  1. The school academic year starts in April each year and continues till next March of the following year. Classes run six days a week on 2nd, 4th and 5th weeks of the month. Sunday is a holiday.
  2. At the time of admission of a child Admission Fees is charged. Monthly Tuition fees should be cleared by the 15th of each calendar month. During the examination period all fees should be cleared by the date declared duly. Before the withdrawal of a student from school, it is necessary to provide one month’s notice, or to pay the next month’s fees in case of immediate withdrawal. School fees are payable for full school year Irrespective of the holidays. For rules governing payment of fees be kindly refer to Fee Book and School Office.
  3. For Classes – I – VIII : There will be two Term-end examination – (Half Yearly & Yearly) and two periodic assessments. Surprise tests to be held from time to time for the child’s academic progress. The report cards of the Half Yearly Examination are to be signed by the parents and returned to the class teacher. With the guidance of teachers and co-operation of parents the progress and learning ability will be noted. Special care and attention is to be given to the slow learners.
  4. The teachers will be available to discuss on the progress of the slow learners with prior appointment. A note may be sent in the child’s diary to ensure a suitable time of meeting. Promotion to the next class will be granted if the pupil has secured the required pass mark in all the subjects.
  5. For the improvement of the child, parents should check, read and sign the school diary regularly.
  6. In addition to satisfy the academic standards of a child, his/her attendance should not be less than 80%. On ground of illness, performance of a child would be considered.
  7. All Students from class Ill onwards will be divided info three houses – Red, Blue and Yellow. Each House will have house-captain & prefects who would be solely responsible for the activity of the houses, The school will have a school captain under whom the house house-captains & prefects shall function.
  8. The school discourages the use of valuable ornaments, articles etc. The school will not be responsible for the loss of valuable articles etc, (Student should not wear Mehendi or dye their hair. Else strict action may be taken against them.) Students should not carry mobile phones to school. If found with such, will be confiscated and will only be returned to the guardian.
  9. Students should maintain punctuality and discipline. They must reach school in time to attend the prayer session. If anybody falls to attend, he/she will not be allowed to attend regular classes.
  10. Undesirable behaviour i.e. physical violence act of bullying/ abusive language/destruction of school property will never be indulged. Parents may be advised to withdraw their ward doing such behaviour & loss of property need to be compensated.
  11. The child should learn to handle library books and the computer with great care.
  12. Pupils should respect, obey and wish their teachers and their superiors according to the philosophy of the school.
  13. During school hours no parents will be allowed to enter the premises without prior permission.
  14. Students who are absent should write their cause of absence in the school diary or submit a letter. Any child absent for more than three days should produce a medical certificate. Any child suffering from an infectious disease should not be sent to school.
  15. Pupils may not be allowed to sit for the Annual Examination if their attendance falls below 80%. In such cases written permission from the Principal is necessary before he/she can sit for the said examination. If a child falls sick during school hours then the school will provide remedial measures or contact the parents.
  16. A child wishing to take special leave from classes has to inform the school authorities in writing in advance.
  17. Rewards, incentives would be given to those who have worked with effort, constant sincerity not only in academics but in the field of co-curricular activities.
  18. Any change e.g. of address, telephone number or in the escort of a child must be notified at the School Office.
  19. The rules of the identity Cards should be maintained when sending the wards to school and taking them home.
  20. Pupils should actively participate in school functions and other activities.

School Uniform

Nursery to Class-II :

On normal school days –
For Boys : Half Shirt, Half Pant, Tie, Belt, White Socks, Black Shoes (with lace)
For Girls : Half Shirt, Tunic, Tie, Belt, White Socks, Black Shoes, Black Hair Clip or Hair band (if needed)

Uniform on PT days :
For Boys : White T-shirt, White half pant, White Socks, White Keds
For Girls : White T-shirt, White divided skirt, White Socks, White Keds

Winter uniform for Boys & Girls :
Red Sweater, Trouser with usual uniform

Class-III to Class-XII :

On normal school days –
For Boys & Girls : Shirt, Trouser (Boys) and Shirt, Skirt (Girls), Tie, Belt, White Socks, Black Shoes

Uniform on PT days :
Respective House T-shirt, White trouser (Boys), White divided skirt (Girls), White Socks, While Keds

Winter uniform for Boys & Girls :
School Blazer with the usual uniform. Girls can wear white stockings / leggings

Wearing Mehendi, Lipsticks, Colouring of hair are strictly prohibited in school. Boys not coming in proper hair cut will not be allowed to attend school and will be sent back home. No request will be entertained in this matter.

Students must come neatly and correctly dressed.
